Investigation on determination of clarithromycin by differential pulse voltammetry
To develop a new electrochemical method for the determinationof clarithromycin.Method:Differential pulse voltammetry.Results:In a supporting electrolyte of 0.05 mol L-1 NaOH solutiona sensitive reductive peak was attained.Linear relationship was held between the peak current and the concentration of clarithromycin in the range from 1×10-7 to 8×10-7 mol ·L-1and the detection limit was 1×10-7 mol·L-1.Conclusion:The method is simple and exactwhich can be used for the determination of clarithromycin.
